the Campaign for Confidence as a marketing initiative focused on encouraging women to feel confident in their own skin.
As a mom, I think a lot about this new generation of young people who are coming up in an environment where they are inundated with things like social media and constant advertising. Young girls that are growing up with a cell phone in hand, connected 24/7, absorbing messages that are coming from people that may or may not look anything like them. Constantly being told by the beauty industry that they are not good enough and there are products to “fix” their “flaws”.
We feel we have the power to influence change in this industry and disrupt the beauty standards that have been pushed upon us for so long. It is our responsibility now to help others embrace what makes them unique and speak more kindly to themselves.
The women in our campaign are visionaries featured because of their heart, their experiences, their values, and their influence to affect change. They each stand for something so unique, so true to themselves, and embody our values of integrity, transparency and individuality.
We don’t want to be a company that tells women that there is something that they need to “fix;” that’s not how we want to sell our products to people. And for so long that is the lie that we are all told, that you aren’t enough. We want people to buy our products because they are safe, natural and help to enhance your natural beauty. We want women to start showing up as they are, confident and beautiful.
